OCP Summer Camp 2012

We have three classes: Fireflies (3-day 3/4-year-olds), Bumblebees (5-day 3/4-year-olds), and Dragonflies (5-day 5/6-year-olds). There is no Dragonflies camp the weeks of July 30-August 3 and August 6-10. be:

  • June 11-15 
  • June 18-22  (WAIT LIST for Fireflies & Bumblebees)
  • July 9-13
  • July 16-20 
  • July 30-August 3 
  • August 6-10 (WAIT LIST for Bumblebees)

Families may register by week or for the full six weeks.  (Note: you will need to fill out a separate application for each child you wish to enroll.)

2012 Beat the Street for Little Feet !

Our annual "Beat the Street for Little Feet" race will be held on Saturday, April 14th at Coan Park. Beat the Street for Little Feet is unlike any other current 5K road race in metro Atlanta. This family-centered, environmentally respectful event is aimed at attracting both competitive runners looking to set personal bests as well as casual runners and walkers. The event will be returning to Coan Park in Atlanta’s Kirkwood and Edgewood neighborhoods.

Event Highlights: 5K with jogging stroller division, one mile race, and kids’ fun run.  Prizes for overall first place men and women, and master’s men and women.  Cool "Pete the Cat" race t-shirt for ALL racers, designed by award-winning artist James Dean.  Post-race awards ceremony, runners’ expo, and children’s party with activities and music.
